With over 30 years of experience in the local market, Doug has an in-depth knowledge of the area. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Doug has sold new construction in addition to listing and selling resale properties for two of the top local real estate developers. Previously, he was vice-president of a local realty office and sales manager for a local building company.
Doug has a beautiful daughter and three grandchildren. He enjoys travel, boating and spending time with family and friends.
Doug has been recognized five times by the Lee Building Industry Association as a top producer in Lee County.
Kevin Smith

Originally from the shores of southern New Jersey, Kevin brought 15 years of experience, from intern to vice-president of a multi-million dollar construction company to Southwest Florida.
Since 1993, Kevin has specialized in developer sales and most recently was a sales associate at Shadow Wood at the Brooks. In 2003, he received the Pinnacle Award.
Kevin resides in Bonita Springs with his wife, Vanessa and their son, Kent. He enjoys music, golf, and spending time with his family.
